Configuring a Financial Interface to run with the New Day/Night Audit in RMS.
Overview
RMS can be configured to automatically trigger financial exports for compatible connected interfaces during the Open New Day process within the New Day/Night Audit utility.

How It Works
Once configured, the financial export will run in the background when the New Day/Night Audit process is finished.
Depending on the interface type:
- Online-connected interfaces: The export will be sent automatically.
- Manual-import interfaces: You will be prompted to download a local file for manual upload.
★ Tip: This functionality is compatible with XERO Online and MYOB AccountRight.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Click Edit on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the Night Audit Interface tab.
- Select the required Available Interface.
- Click the '>' button to move it to the Active side.
- Select Save/Exit.
The Night Audit utility will now include exports for the active interfaces when selecting 'Open New Day'.
