Overview

The Security Profile a User has assigned to them determines which menu items they see and which functions they can perform whilst logged into RMS.

Setting this Security Profile option to 'Yes' will prevent RMS displaying any Reservation Confirmation Messages to Users on the Booking Chart or Reservation Screen.

Messages that will not be displayed include Rate Recalculation and Housekeeping Task Reset for changes made to reservations.

Hidden confirmation messages result in Rate Recalculation always being set to 'Yes' for any changes to RMS that would otherwise prompt the user to select if Rate Recalculation is required.

Additional Security Profile options related to Reservations will determine what interactions a User can have with the reservation they are viewing.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.

1. Select a Security Profile and choose 'Edit'.
   
    
2. Expand the Reservation Screens' Function Menu.
   
    
3. Set the required access on 'Hide Reservation Confirmation Messages'.
4. Select Save/Exit.
