Grant Security Profile access to the Enterprise account

Overview

Security Profiles can be set to allow access to the Enterprise account on Guest Profiles.

This functionality allows an Enterprise setup to share Loyalty Credits, Gift Cards and Guest Credits across all Properties within the database.

Additional Security Profile options related to Reservations will determine what interactions a User can have with the reservation they are viewing.

★ Tip: After saving changes to Security Profiles, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.

 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.

  1. Select Edit on an existing Security Profile.

  2. Select Allow Access to Enterprise Property.
  3. Select Save/Exit.
