Add a Requirement to All Reservations in a Master Res

Steps to assign a Requirement to one or more reservations under a Master reservation.

 

Overview

A Master reservation is a group of reservations for guests travelling together, linked by a Master name and reservation number.

A Requirement is an additional item or service for the guest, with the option to apply a fee via a Sundry Charge.

Requirements are flexible and can be applied either to individual reservations within the Master or to all reservations.

Guide

Open the Master Reservation in RMS.

  1. Navigate to the 'Area' tab.
  2. Select the Sibling Reservations.
  3. Select 'Update Sibling'.
  4. Select 'Requirements'.

  5. Select the Requirement.
  6. Select the From and To Dates.
  7. Select the Requirement Options.
  8. Select 'Save/Exit'.
