Guest Transfers refer to transportation services arranged by the Property to move guests between key locations - typically airports, train stations, cruise terminals, or local attractions and the accommodation itself.

Overview
Transfers enable properties to manage transportation services booked by guests. This feature allows Users to:
- List available trips offered directly by the property (e.g, airport shuttles, local tours, private car services)
- Track guest bookings for these services in real time
- Utilize the Guest Transfers report for operational planning, billing, or guest service reviews
By centralizing Transfer information, Properties can streamline logistics, improve guest experience, and ensure accurate reporting.
★ Hint: Before adding a Transfer to a reservation, the following components must be configured: Pickup Location Drop Off Location Transport Type Sundry Charges (if applicable)
★ Hint: If a Guest Transfer incurs a fee, a Sundry Charge must be assigned to ensure the charge is correctly posted to the Reservation account.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Transfers' tab.
- Select 'Add'.
 - Select the Transfer Type.
- Select the required Date & Time.
- Enter the Number of Guests.
Select the Sundry Charge (Optional).
Please note that if a Sundry Charge is not assigned, Charges will not create on the Reservation account. - Enter the Amount to Charge.
- Select the required Pick Up Location.
- Select the required Drop Off Location.
- Select the required Transport Type.
Enter any additional required details (Optional). - Select Save/Exit.

The Guest Transfer will be displayed on the Transfers tab of this reservation and the Transfers Report.
