Drop Off Location

Set up Drop Off Locations for Guest Transfers to define clear drop-off locations to help streamline operations and improve customer experience.

 

Overview

Drop Off Location refers to Guest Transfers transportation services arranged by the Property, to move guests between key locations - typically airports, train stations, cruise terminals, or local attractions and the accommodation itself.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Drop Off Location.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter the Drop Off Location Description.
  3. Select 'Add'.

  4. Select the required Properties.
  5. Select the '>' button.
  6. Select Save/Exit.

  7. Select 'Save\Exit'.
