Pickup Location

Set up Pickup Locations for Guest Transfers to define clear pickup locations to help streamline operations and improve customer experience.

 

Overview

Pickup Location refers to Guest Transfers transportation services arranged by the Property, to move guests between key locations - typically airports, train stations, cruise terminals, or local attractions and the accommodation itself.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Pick Up Location.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter the Pick Up Location Description.
  3. Select 'Add'.

  4. Select the required Properties.
  5. Select the '>' button.
  6. Select Apply/Exit.

  7. Select 'Save\Exit'.
