Set up transport types for guest transfers

Guest Transfers refer to transportation services arranged by the Property. This article will guide through setting up the Transport Types available.

 

Overview

Guest Transfers enable properties to manage transportation services booked by guests.

Transportation services arranged by the Property are typically airports, train stations, cruise terminals, or local attractions and the accommodation itself.

Different Transport Types can be configured to ensure bookings are accurately recorded and do not exceed seating capacity.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Transport Type.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter the Transport Description.
  3. Select 'Add'.

  4. Select the required Properties.
  5. Select the '>' button.
  6. Select 'Apply/Exit'.

  7. Select 'Save\Exit'.
