Guest Transfers Report

Overview

The Guest Transfers Report is an interactive report of all Guest Transfers scheduled for the selected date range.

Guest Transfers can be used to schedule transportation for Guests to and/or from the Property on their reservation.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Daily > Transfers.

  1. Select the Date Range.
  2. Select a Transport Type.
    (Optional) Select a Pick Up Location.
    (Optional) Select a Drop Off Location.
  3. Select a Group By option.
    (Optional) Select 'Hide Cost Amounts'.
  4. Select the Transfers Type.
  5. Select Build.

The Guest Transfers Report will include all scheduled transfers for the selected date range.
