How to View Your Housekeeping Task Assignments in the RMS Staff Portal.
Overview
The RMS Staff Portal provides a direct connection between the Property and Housekeepers (or other staff), streamlining daily task management and communication.
To access the portal, Housekeepers must be set up with a Staff Portal login.
Once logged in, Housekeepers can:
View and manage their assigned tasks
Record statuses such as Do Not Disturb (DND) or Task Not Required
Update rooms to Area to Clean status
Communicate directly with the Property
Tasks must be assigned to Housekeepers through the Housekeeper Roster or the Clean Screen Task View in RMS.
Steps
Log into RMS with a Housekeeper Login.
- Select Housekeeping.
- Navigate to the Options icon.
- Choose Incomplete Tasks.
