Overview
The Security Profile a User has assigned to them determines which menu items they see and which functions they can perform whilst logged into RMS.
Additional Security Profile options related to Reservations will determine what interactions a User can have with the reservation they are viewing.

★ Tip: After saving changes to Security Profiles, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
✎ Please Note: Discount access restrictions configured here also apply to POS Lite. Only Discounts set to Access Allowed will be available for selection when processing a sale or return in POS Lite. Discounts under No Access will not appear.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.
- Select a Security Profile and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Discounts' tab.
- Select the Discount.
- Use '<' to move to No Access.
- Select Save/Exit.
