EDM Marketing Filter Labels

How to re-label fields for EDM Opt Out.

 

Overview

System Labels determine the core terminology displayed in RMS and can be customised.

The EDM Filter Opt Out fields can be re-labelled to match Property terminology.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Labels.

  1. Navigate to the 'System' tab.
  2. Enter the required EDM Filter System Labels.
  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.

✎ Please Note: After saving changes to setup, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications
