Information
"Client" is a system label that can be renamed to suit your business terminology. It is often relabeled to Guest, Resident, Tenant, Student, or another term that better fits your business. For this article, we will use the most common label, "Guest."
A Guest Profile is the record of guest information for a person who has booked or stayed at the property. Guest System Labels are customizable fields that can be added to the Guest Profile within RMS.
These labels let you track and manage specific information about guests that may not be included in the standard guest profile fields.
Once enabled in Field Maintenance, Guest System Labels can be used across various features, including Guest Search, Report Writer, RMS Booking Engine and Form Letters.
