Information on System Labels and terminology in RMS.
Overview
System Labels determine the core terminology displayed in RMS and can be customised to suit individual customer requirements.
The RMS Help Centre will frequently reference the default System Labels within help articles.

Changing System Labels
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Labels.
- Navigate to the System menu.
- Enter the Custom Label.
- Select Save/Exit.
★ Tip: After saving changes to setup, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
⚠ Important: The 'OTA Ref 1\2\3' fields are read-only fields, and used by some online channels.
