Add a property in RMS Letting

Overview

System Administrators may only setup a new Property without contacting RMS Sales, when the RMS subscription type is 'RMS Letting'.

Non-letting subscriptions must contact RMS Sales to have a new property added to the database.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

  1. Select 'Add'.
  2. Enter the Property Name.
  3. Enter the Property Details.
  4. Select the Country.
  5. Select a Time Zone.
  6. Select 'Save/Exit'.

 

An RMS Client ID will be assigned to the new letting property on save.
