Preferences enable guests to select from a list of assigned items - such as room features, amenities, or service options - when interacting with the Guest Portal.

Overview

Groceries can be included as an option for guests to select using Guest Portal Preferences.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Groceries.

1. Select 'Add'.
   
    
2. Enter the Grocery Description.
3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
   

Guest Portal Setup

Grocery options can be made available to guests for selection using Guest Portal Preferences.

Guests can then make their personal selections when using the Guest Portal. 

Selection Visibility

Any preferences submitted via the Guest Portal will automatically appear in the reservation under:

• Correspondence tab
• Reservation Note
• As a Reservation Message

An email notification will also be sent to the Property's designated email address
