Preferences empower Properties to offer guests the ability to make personalised arrangements for their stay. These selections - made through the Guest Portal - can include room features, optional extras, or special amenities, allowing Users to tailor the experience to each guest’s needs and expectations.

Please Note! RMS is highly configurable. Some Terminology, User Access & Permissions, Images, Labels, and Functions used in these articles may differ from your setup. CLICK HERE to find out more.

Tip! An email will be sent to the Property advising of any Preferences a guest has made, and also displayed within the Reservation.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal.

1. Navigate to the Preferences tab.
2. Select Show Preferences.
3. Enter an Introduction.
4. Enter a Preference Description.
5. Select Preferences to include and choose the > button..
   Repeat Steps 4 & 5 for all required Preferences.
6. Select Save.
