Guests can sign up, redeem points, and view their Guest Rewards membership information in the Guest Portal.

Guest Rewards is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program that can be managed in RMS.

The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption & depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.

The Guest Portal can be used by guests to manage their reservations, make payments, update their contact information, complete registration prior to their arrival at the property, or check in and out of the property.

Use

Guests logged into the Guest Portal who are not already loyalty members can complete the simple self-sign-up form.

Guests can view their Reward Point Statement in the Guest Portal, including the current Points Balance & Points Value.

Guests can use their Reward Points to make a payment towards their reservation.

Guests at properties not using a Payment Gateway will see a 'Redeem Points' button instead of 'Make a Payment'.

Payments required as part of Pre Check-in must include a credit card payment, and the total of the card payment and points redeemed must equal the total value of the required Pre Check-in payment.
