Reservations with the selected Travel Agent will not prompt the guest for payment in the Guest Portal during Pre Check-in or Self Check-in.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal.
- Navigate to the Check-in tab.
- Select the Digital Check-In Settings tab.
- Select the Travel Agents and choose the > button.
- Select Save.
