Initiating the configuration changes required for converting from Enterprise to Single property in RMS.
Overview
Converting to a single property may be required for changes to a business structure resulting in properties reforming under a singular company banner, e.g.. Holiday Letting, or when consolidating two previously separately operated business on the same piece of land to a single business entity, e.g.. Caravan & Camping Holiday Parks. The first step in this conversion process is to update the Property Information associated with the Owner Record.
⚠ Important: A change of Property Name or the creation of a new Property in the database must be processed via RMS Sales & RMS Accounts, who will advise the Primary System Administrator once ready.

Visual Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Highlight the Owner Record Property and choose Edit.
- Navigate to the Property Information menu.
- Enter the Property Details.

Save/Exit.
