How to hyperlink text in a Form Letter template in RMS.
Overview
Form Letters are customizable correspondence documents that can be printed, emailed, or sent to the Guest Portal for digital completion.
Triggered Correspondence allows you to set up automated emails of Form Letters based on pre-configured rules.
Adding a hyperlink URL to your Form Letter can assist the guest in navigating to an external web page.
This article contains the steps required to add a hyperlink to your form letter.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Form Letter.
- Highlight Text.
- Select the Hyperlink icon.
- Select the Link Type.
- URL
- Link to Anchor in text
- Phone
- Enter the Required elements based on the selected Link Type.
- Navigate to the 'Target' tab.
- Select the Target as 'New Window'.
This will then open the link in a new browser window. - Select 'Ok'.

Select 'Save/Exit'.
