Use a Reservation Confirmation letter to verify the reservation and guest details.
Overview
A Reservation Confirmation letter is used to verify reservation and guest details, as well as provide any important information or details on Pre Check-in processes ahead of their arrival.
★ Tip: Include the merge field «rGuest_Portal_Short_URL» for single properties, or «rGuest_Portal_Enterprise_Short_URL» for Enterprise properties from the Reservation Merge Table, to give guests a direct link to manage their reservation and complete Pre Check-in online using the Guest Portal.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters.
- Select Add.
- Enter a Description.
- Enter an Email Subject Line.
- Select the Form Letter Format.
- Enter the text content and insert Merge Fields.
Or click on the Template dropdown to select a select a pre-designed template and edit Merge Fields. - Select Save/Exit.
- Select the Form Letter Access and choose 'Ok'.
