Overview
Use a Pre Arrival letter to provide a personalized welcome to guests prior to their arrival as well as include any important information or Pre Check-in requirements.
To streamline the check-in process, you can include a link to the Guest Portal in your communications, enabling guests to complete Pre-Check-in ahead of time.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Description.
- Enter an Email Subject Line.
- Select a Form Letter Format.
- Enter the Letter Content.
- Insert Merge Fields.

Select Save/Exit.
★ Hint: Include the merge field «rGuest_Portal_Short_URL» from the Reservation Merge Table to give guests a direct link to manage their reservation and complete Pre Check-in online using the Guest Portal. - Select the Form Letter Access.
- Select 'Ok'.
