How to Change the Property Name Displayed in RMS.
Overview
The Property Name is used in all areas of RMS, including the RMS Booking Engine, to identify a particular place of business.
Each Property is assigned a unique RMS Client ID that is combined with the Property Name on RMS records for billing, support and security purposes.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.
- Enter the new Property Name.
- Select Save/Exit.
★ Hint: After saving changes to setup, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
✎ Please Note: The Property Name cannot include the following special characters: , : # !
Changing the Property Name in RMS will update RMS records for Billing, Support, and security purposes, as well as change how the Property Name is displayed in RMS, on the RMS Booking Engine, and in the available Portals.
