Overview
Company Notes enable properties to add General Notes or Billing Notes to a Company.
Billing Notes can be enabled to display in the Reservation Notes whilst General Notes will only display on the Company profile and in the Company Notes section of Quick Quote when this Company is selected.
A Company is a business that can be added and used in RMS for Reservations, Accounts Receivable and the Corporate Portal.

★ Hint: After any changes have been made to setup, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Company.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Company.
 - Navigate to the 'Note' tab.
- Select 'Add'.
- Select a Property.
Enter a General Note (Optional).
Enter a Billing Note (Optional). - Select Save/Exit.
