Other one-off charges
Users will be unable to apply a Sundry Charge to a Reservation or Guest Account if:
The GST Type is set to 'Rent'
The Sundry Charge is configured for a specific property (and the reservation is for a different property)
The Sundry Charge is marked as 'Inactive'
Common Causes & Solutions
If a Sundry Charge was configured incorrectly, the System Administrator can update its settings to ensure it is available for incidental charges in RMS.
