Information on the System Expiry warnings received when logging into RMS 9+.

Overview

When the RMS license is set to expire within 7 days or less, a warning message will appear upon login. This alert:

• Displays daily to each User until the license is renewed or expires
• Counts down the remaining days to expiry
• Ensures users are aware of the approaching deadline to avoid service disruption
• Once expired, the RMS database becomes read-only.

It’s recommended to renew the license promptly to maintain uninterrupted access to RMS features.

These warnings will stop displaying once the RMS License Expiry is updated by the RMS Accounts Department.

It is important to Contact RMS and make arrangements with the RMS Accounts Department as early as possible.
