Track and manage banned guests using a centralised report that helps your team stay informed and protect your property.
Overview

Smart Search is a feature that allows Users to quickly look up existing Guest Profiles using commonly obtained information.
Utilising Smart Search fields during the new reservation process is recommended to streamline operations and ensure accurate identification of banned guests.
Please Note! 'Banned List' is a System Label that can be customised to match Property terminology

Adding Guests to the Banned List
Before guests appear on the Banned List Guests Report, they must first be added to the Banned List.
If you’re not sure how to do this, see Adding a Guest to Banned List for step-by-step instructions.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guest > Banned List Guests.
- Select 'Show All Banned List Guests'.
If needing to build for a specific period, select 'Show Reservation Attached to Banned List' and select the required Date Range. - Select a Sort By option.
- Select 'Build'.
Tip! Adding a note to the Guest Profile when placing someone on the Banned List is recommended, as it helps inform other Users at the property of the reason for the ban.
