This article describes the In House Visa Expiry report, which lists guests currently checked in whose visa expiry date falls within the selected monitoring period.
Overview
The In House Visa Expiry report helps properties identify in-house guests whose travel visas are approaching expiry or have already expired during their stay.
Each row shows a single guest's reservation details alongside their visa number, expiry date, and the number of days remaining.
Properties operating in regions where visa compliance monitoring is required can use this report to flag guests for follow-up before an overstay occurs.
Use Cases
- Daily visa compliance check - Run each morning to identify in-house guests whose visas expire within a critical window so staff can proactively contact them.
- Overstay risk prevention - Sort by Visa Expiry Date to prioritise guests with the most urgent expiry dates and action them before departure.
- Housekeeping and reception coordination - Use the Area and Category filters to scope the report to a specific wing or room type when following up with guests.
How to Access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guests > In House Visa Expiry.
Report Options
Use the options below to control how the report is filtered and sorted.

Column Headers
The report output contains one row per in-house reservation where the guest has a visa number recorded on their profile.
