Overview
SMS Conversations refer to text messages sent and received using the 2-Way SMS module in RMS.
The 2-Way SMS feature allows users to send SMS messages directly from RMS, with any guest replies automatically routed to the Message Centre for easy tracking and follow-up.
Messages sent from the Guest Profile, Reservation, or In/Out Movements will appear in the Message Centre if a reply is received, enabling a complete, centralized conversation history.

Guide
- Click the Message Centre icon in the Toolbar Menu.
 - Set the Message Type to SMS.
- Click the Add Message icon to start a new message.
 - Choose a Search By option (e.g., Guest Name, Reservation Number).
- Enter the Search Criteria and click Search.
- Select the correct Guest from the results.
- Click Proceed to continue.
 - Choose an SMS Template or manually enter your message.

Click Send Message to deliver the SMS.
★ Tip: Replies to this SMS will appear under the SMS tab in the Message Centre. To continue the conversation, simply select the SMS conversation thread, enter your message, and send a reply directly to the guest.
