In/Out Movements: Column Display

Select the columns to display and their order on In/Out Movements in RMS.

 

Overview

The In/Out Movements Screen is a central location for the management of reservations, Arriving, Departing, and currently In-House.

In/Out Movements can be accessed by navigating to Reservations > In/Out Movements in the Side Menu or selecting the in/out movements icon icon in the Toolbar Menu.

The Column Display Order can be customised per User and will be used when printing the In/Out Movements Report using the First Six Columns option.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > In/Out Movements.

  1. Select the In/Out Movements icon highlighted in the RMS toolbar - Set Columns Icon 'Set Columns' icon.

  2. Select the checkbox on Columns to Display.

  3. Select a Column Description and choose the Screenshot snippet of the up-arrow button used to move a selected column higher in the In/Out Movements display order. or Screenshot snippet of the down-arrow button used to move a selected column lower in the In/Out Movements display order. button to change the Column Display Order.

  4. Should you need to, this Icon will Reset the Columns back to the default view.

  5. Select 'Apply/Exit' to save this view.

  6. The configured columns and display order are now saved for this User.
