The Company Activity Report shows reservation totals, revenue and discounts for each company over a selected date range.
Overview
The Company Activity Report is an Operational Revenue Report.
The Company Activity Report will display the selected Company, the number of Reservations and Number of Areas booked, total Reservation Nights, Total Charge and Total Discount Amount for the date range selected.
The report can be generated in either Summary or Detailed format, depending on the level of information required.
✎ Please Note: This report groups reservations by the Company recorded on the reservation, which can differ from the company saved on the guest's profile. When a guest who has a linked company is added to a booking, that company is copied onto the reservation, but the two are stored separately. If the reservation has a different company selected, or none, the report reflects the reservation's company rather than the guest profile.

Go to Reports > Management > Statistics > Company Activity.
- Select Reservation Arrival Between or Any Part of Reservation Falls Between.
- Select the Company.
- Select Summary or Detail.
- Select Build.
