Projected Forecast Report

Overview

The Projected Forecast Report provides a forecast of projected Operational Revenue in RMS.

The Projected Forecast by Month for the current date will display the projected accommodation revenue for the remainder of the current month plus the next six months.

The Projected Forecast Report includes the following information:

• Occupied Nights
• Occupancy Percentage
• Accommodation Revenue
• Average Room Rate.

Guide

Go to Reports > Management > Statistics > Projected Forecast.

  1. Select the Date option.
    Select More Options (Optional).
  2. Select Build.

★ Tip: Use the Scheduled Reports feature to set this report to automatically send to Users.

 

 

★ Tip: Select the Star favourite icon on an report favourite icon to mark this Report as a Favourite Report for quick access via the Favourite Reports Menu.
