Overview

Promotion Dates enable properties using the Guest Rewards module to set periods where enrolled guests can accrue extra reward points.

The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption and depreciation tailored to suit the Property's requirements.

Guests can be enrolled in the Guest Rewards program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS IBE or in the Guest Portal.

Guide

1. Go to Loyalty > Promotion.
2. Select the 'Add' icon.
3. Enter a Description.
4. Select the Start Date.
5. Select the End Date.
6. Select the Point Type.
7. Enter the Promotion Amount.
8. Select Save/Exit.

Reward point accumulation will use the amounts set during the promotion dates in addition to the default point accumulation.
