Information on using the DTCM (Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) Guest Revenue Details report in RMS.
Overview
The DTCM Guest Revenue Details report provides a daily breakdown of revenue, occupancy, and availability figures for a selected date range, designed to support compliance reporting for the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
The DTCM Guest Revenue Details report generates a row-per-day summary covering revenue categories, rooms and beds occupied, and total available rooms and beds across a specified date range. It is typically used to meet compliance reporting obligations for the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
How to access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guests and select DTCM Guest Revenue Details.
Report Options

Report Columns

| SL No | Sequential row number. |
| Revenue Date | The calendar date the row represents. Each date in the selected range appears as a separate row. |
| Room Revenue | Revenue from room charges for the date. |
| Other Revenue | Revenue from non-room, non-food-and-beverage charges for the date. |
| Food and Beverage | Food and beverage revenue for the date. |
| Taxes | Tax amounts applied to charges for the date. |
| Service Charge | Service charge amounts applied to charges for the date. |
| Rooms Occupied | Number of rooms with an active reservation on the date. |
| Beds Occupied | Number of beds occupied by guests on the date. |
| Total Available Rooms | Total number of rooms available for booking on the date. |
| Total Available Beds | Total number of beds available on the date. |
