Information on using the DTCM Guest Arrival Details (Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) report in RMS.
Overview
The DTCM Guest Arrival Details report provides a row-by-row list of individual guest arrivals for a selected date range, designed to support detailed compliance reporting for the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
Unlike the DTCM report which summarises guest statistics by country or nationality, this report provides a detailed row-level breakdown. Each row represents one guest arrival and includes personal details collected at check-in such as nationality, date of birth, gender, visit purpose, and port of entry.
Use Cases
- Detailed DTCM submission - generate a guest-level arrival list for submission to the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
- Guest profile completeness check - identify guest records where DTCM-required fields (nationality, date of birth, gender, visit purpose, landing port) are missing or incomplete before submission.
- Revenue reconciliation - review food and beverage revenue and total revenue amounts against individual guest arrivals.
How to Access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Guests and select DTCM Guest Arrival Details.
Report Options
The report options below control the date range, categories, and the scope of guests included in each row.

| Report By | Dropdown | Primary Guest Only | Controls whether the report includes only the primary guest per reservation, or both primary and secondary guests. This also changes the value displayed in the GUEST ID column - see the Note section in the form for details. |
Note: The GUEST ID column value depends on the Report By option selected:
- Primary Guest Only - the GUEST ID column shows the Reservation Number.
- Primary + Secondary - the GUEST ID column shows the Guest Number.
Reports Columns
Each row in the report represents one guest arrival. The columns capture the guest and reservation details required for DTCM reporting.

| SL No | The sequential row number for the report output. |
| Guest ID | The identifier for the guest or reservation. Shows the Reservation Number when Report By is set to Primary Guest Only. Shows the Guest Number when set to Primary + Secondary. |
| Guest Type | The guest type assigned to the guest record (for example, Individual, Company Contact, or Travel Agent). |
| Room No | The room or site number assigned to the reservation. |
| Nationality | The nationality recorded on the guest profile. |
| Residence | The country of residence recorded on the guest profile. |
| Visit Purpose | The purpose of visit recorded on the guest profile (for example, Tourism or Business). |
| Checkin Date | The check-in date of the reservation. |
| Departure Date | The departure date of the reservation. |
| Date of Birth | The date of birth recorded on the guest profile. |
| Landing Port | The port of entry recorded on the guest profile, indicating where the guest arrived in the country. |
| Gender | The gender recorded on the guest profile. |
| Visit Frequency | Number of visits listed on the Guest Profile. |
| Reservation Profile | Linked to the Booking Source on the reservation: 0 =Undefined 1 = Walk-In 3 = Travel Agent 4 = Online Travel Agent 5 = Direct Guest 6 = Repeat Guest 7 = Current Res System |
| Revenue FNB | The food and beverage revenue for the guest's stay, based on charges linked to a GL Code flagged as food and beverage revenue. |
| Revenue Amount | Total accommodation revenue. |
