How to add Length of Stay Restrictions to a Derived Rate Type in RMS.

Overview

Setting up Length of Stay Restrictions on a Derived Rate Type will override any set on the Master Rate Type, associated Rate Tables or overrides performed in the Control Panel to the Master Rate's length of stay restrictions.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Rate Manager.

1. Select 'Rates'.
2. Select 'Rate Types'.
   
    
3. Navigate to the 'Derived Rate' tab.
4. Select an existing Derived Rate Type.
5. Select 'Edit'.
   
    
6. Select the checkbox 'Set New Min/Max Nights'.
   
    
7. Navigate to the 'Min/Max Nights' tab.
8. Enter the Length of Stay Restrictions.
9. Select 'Save/Exit'.
