Decommission Interconnecting Areas

Steps to set Interconnecting Areas and Categories as inactive in RMS.

 

Overview

Setting the Interconnecting Master Category inactive will remove the Interconnecting Master Areas from being available to book, without affecting the physical Areas used to connect into the Master Area. 

There must be NO current or future reservations in the Interconnecting Category and Interconnecting Master Areas to allow it to be set to inactive.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Category/Area.

  1. Select 'Edit' on the Interconnecting Category.

  2. Toggle off the 'Active' option.
  3. Select 'Save/Exit'.
