Reply to Guest Messages On the Go

How to reply to messages in the Message Centre on a mobile or tablet device in RMS.

 

Overview

Users and Housekeepers can access the Message Centre in RMS9+ using a mobile or tablet device.

Available message types include Housekeepers, Staff, Guest Portal, SMS, Email, and more.

Guide

  1. Login to RMS 9+ on a mobile or tablet.

  2. Select Messaging on the home screen.

  3. Select the Message Type from the menu.
  4. Select a Message Thread.

  5. Enter the Reply Message.
  6. Select 'Send'.
