How to archive Conversations within the Message Centre in RMS.
Overview
The Message Centre supports 2 Way SMS, Email 2 Way and direct messaging with both Users and guests through the available Portals. It also delivers critical notifications, guest declarations, and scheduled report alerts.
All notifications and critical alerts will remain marked as unread until the user selects "Acknowledge" within the Message Centre.
Archived conversations will remain inactive and out of view.

Guide
- Select Message Centre.
- Select the Message Type.
- Select the Date Range.
- Select the Conversation.
- Right-click and select 'Archive'.
