Overview
The Message Centre enables RMS users to communicate directly with other users at the same property. Users can exchange one-on-one messages or send group messages by selecting multiple recipients.

Use
- In the Toolbar Menu, navigate to the
Message Centre icon.
- Choose the Staff Message Type.
- Select the
Add Message icon.
- Select the Checkbox next to the desired RMS user(s).
- Click the
Proceed icon.
- Enter the Message.
- Select
Send Message.
★ Tip:
The conversation will appear under the ‘Staff’ message type in the Message Centre.
The recipient RMS user will receive a notification in the Message Centre indicating that a new message has been received.
★ Tip:
To reply, the recipient can open the conversation and enter their response.
All users involved in the conversation will be able to view the full message history.
