The Photo tab on the Guest Profile enables saving an identification photo on the guest record.
Overview
A single photo can be saved on the Guest Profile 'Photo' tab with additional attachments recorded on the Correspondence tab if required.
Guest identification scanned using Adria Scan or uploaded by the guest using the Guest Portal will be saved to the Guest Profile 'Photo' tab.

★ Tip: Image must be less than 500KB.
Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Click on Guest No.
- Navigate to the 'Photo' tab.
- Select 'Add Photo'.
Select the Image and choose 'Open'. - Select 'Save/Exit'.
