Overview

RMS offers a range of modules and interfaces that extend the functionality of your property management system. These include RMS-built features (such as payment processing, loyalty programmes, and event management) as well as third-party integrations (such as door locks, revenue management tools, and point-of-sale systems).

Modules can be activated by a System Administrator using the Module Market in RMS.

Prerequisites

• You must have a System Administrator or Manager profile to access the Module Market.
• Billing information must be set up for your property before modules can be enabled.

RMS Modules

The following modules are built and maintained by RMS. All are available for activation directly through the Module Market.

Third-Party Interfaces

The following modules are provided by third-party partners and integrate with RMS. Some are available through the Module Market, while others require contacting the RMS Sales Team to activate.

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues activating or using a module, consider the following:

• If a module does not appear in the Module Market, it may require activation by the RMS Sales Team. Contact the RMS Sales Team in your area for assistance.
• If you cannot access the Module Market, confirm that your user profile has System Administrator or Manager permissions.
• If a module is enabled but not functioning as expected, check that the required configuration steps for that module have been completed. Refer to the individual module's Help Centre article for setup instructions.
