How to search for reservations using the custom guest field information in RMS.
 

Overview

A Guest Profile is the record of guest information for a person who has booked or stayed at the property.

Guest Profiles can be searched for using configured Custom Guest Fields.

Guest Types and Guest Status can be used to perform a narrow search for the criteria entered.

The 'Search Within Field' option can be used to perform searches with partial input matching anywhere within the selected search option.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Guest Search.

1. Select the Custom Field in 'Search On'.
2. Enter the Search Criteria.
3. Select Search.
   
    
4. Select the Hyperlinked Guest Number.
   
    
5. Navigate to the 'History' tab.
6. Select the required Hyperlinked Reservation Number.
