How to add Adhoc Requirements to reservations in RMS.
Overview
A Requirement is an additional item or service that can be added to a guest's reservation, with the option to apply a fee through a Sundry Charge.
Requirements can be selected directly within the reservation and are managed through the Requirement/Trace section.
They are also visible on the To Do Chart and the Requirement List report for easy tracking and follow-up.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select the Requirement menu.
- Select 'Add Requirements'.
- Choose a Requirement.
- Enter a Description.
- Select the required From\To Date and Time.
Select the Monitor This Requirement checkbox (Optional).
Select a Sundry Charge and Fee Type (Optional).
Enter the Quantity & Unit Price (Optional). -
Select Save/Exit.
