User Access to Message Centre

Overview

Users will only be able to view and interact with messages in the Message Centre when the message has been received from one of the allowed Message Types.

Grant access to Guest Profile Messaging to enable users with this Security Profile to review any returned Pre Check-in Guest Declarations requiring User attention.

★ Tip: After saving changes to Security Profiles, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.

 

Guide

  1. In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.
  2. Select Edit on an existing Security Profile.

  3. Expand the Messaging function menu.
    • Select 'Allow' as Yes on the Functions you want to give access to.
  4. Select Save/Exit.
