Overview

The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual reservations and their associated guests.

The Reservation Screen display can be customised to suit a user's preferences.

Display options include adjusting the size of fields on the Reservation Screen as well as how to display the Notes & Requirements sections.

Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.

Additional tabs will display depending on the setup and modules used in RMS.

Guide

1. In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Make Reservation.
2. Select the Options icon.
   
    
3. Select the Field View size.
4. Select the checkbox Show Notes (Optional).
   1. Select the Notes Starting Display Option.
5. Select the checkbox Show Requirements/Traces (Optional).
   1. Select to Shows Requirements/Traces Under Accounts (Optional).
   2. Select the Requirements Starting Display Option.
   3. Select the checkbox to use Compact Layout (Optional). 
   4. Select the Number of Requirements to display before scrolling.
6. Select Save/Exit.
