Overview
The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual reservations and their associated guests.
The Reservation Screen display can be customised to suit a user's preferences.
Display options include adjusting the size of fields on the Reservation Screen as well as how to display the Notes & Requirements sections.
Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.
Additional tabs will display depending on the setup and modules used in RMS.

Guide
- In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Make Reservation.
- Select the Options icon.
- Select the Field View size.
- Select the checkbox Show Notes (Optional).
- Select the Notes Starting Display Option.
- Select the checkbox Show Requirements/Traces (Optional).
- Select to Shows Requirements/Traces Under Accounts (Optional).
- Select the Requirements Starting Display Option.
- Select the checkbox to use Compact Layout (Optional).
- Select the Number of Requirements to display before scrolling.
- Select Save/Exit.
