Overview
The Quote Enquiry Followup Report identifies reservations with a status of Quote, and includes those where the arrival and departure dates fall within the specified date range.
Users have the flexibility to specify whether Abandoned Cart Quote reservations from the RMS Booking Engine should be included or excluded.
The Report build can be customised, allowing Users to choose between a Detailed or Consolidated view. Additionally, Grouping and Sort options can be applied as needed.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Reservations > Quote Enquiry Follow-up.
- Select the Reservation Between dates.
- Select the Categories.
(Optional) Select the Booking Source.
(Optional)Select More Options for additional report selections.
Use More Options to select to include\exclude Abandoned Cart Quote reservations, Report View, Group By and Sort By options. - Select Build.
★ Tip: By default, all Quote reservations are included in the report unless selections are made to exclude.
