Information on using the Revert Reservation feature in RMS.
Overview
Revert Reservation enables reversing the Reservation Status from 'Arrived' or 'Departed' to its previous status.
The 'Revert Reservation' icon will appear on a Reservation in 'Arrived' or 'Departed' status for any User with Security Profile access.
The Reservation Status will be updated and any Rate created on the account when the status changed to 'Arrived' will be voided.
Users must be granted access through their designated Security Profile, to be able to perform a Revert Check In or Revert Departure.
★ Tip: The Revert Reservation feature is only visible for 2 hours after the change of reservation status.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select Revert Reservation.
- Select the Reservation Status.
- Select the Clean Status.
- Select 'Save'.
