Housekeeping Notes

Overview

Housekeeping Notes enable recording information or instructions for the Housekeeper on a particular reservation.
Housekeeping Notes will display with the scheduled Housekeeping Task on the Housekeepers Report and in the Staff Portal.

Guide

Open the Reservation in RMS.

  1. Navigate to the Housekeeping tab.
  2. Enter the Housekeeper Note.
  3. Select Save/Exit.
